There are a limited number of appointments available per week and there is often a waiting list; if you need to cancel or change your appointment please contact me as soon as possible by text, email or phone so that I can give that slot to somebody else. You can also cancel / change your appointment using the online booking system (up to 24 hours before the appointment).

- less than 24 h notice => the full fee is charged
