The Women’s Reset Ritual

To mark International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, I’ve created a limited treatment designed specifically to support women’s wellbeing — physically and emotionally.

The ritual begins with a full back exfoliation using a botanical scrub enriched with fine olive seed powder. As it’s worked into the skin, you’ll feel the grains gently polish and refine the surface, lifting dullness and stimulating circulation.

Menthol and camphor create a cool, tingling sensation that quickly turns into a light warmth — awakening the skin and leaving it feeling incredibly fresh and smooth. Botanical extracts including rose and calendula help soften and calm, so the skin feels balanced rather than stripped.

Steamed hot towels follow, melting the scrub away and leaving the back warm, velvety and receptive.

A focused back, neck and shoulder massage then uses a pre-blended aromatherapy oil formulated to support hormonal balance and emotional steadiness.

This blend contains:

• Rose oil – traditionally used to support hormonal equilibrium and soothe the nervous system
• Geranium oil – often chosen to help regulate mood fluctuations
• Cypress oil – supports circulation and fluid movement
• Star anise oil – gently warming, easing muscular tension
• Evening primrose oil – rich in essential fatty acids, known for supporting skin and hormonal health

The base of sweet almond oil provides smooth glide and nourishment, enhanced with vitamin E for antioxidant support.

The pressure is slow and intentional, allowing the body to shift out of stress response and into a more regulated, restorative state.

The ritual concludes with a rose facial oil massage and gentle gua sha.

The Rose Facial Oil is a 100% natural blend of Rose, Geranium and Patchouli essential oils in a nourishing base of Sunflower Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Evening Primrose and Vitamin E. Rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, it helps moisturise, replenish and protect the skin while supporting elasticity and resilience.

As the oil is worked into the face and jawline, muscular tension softens. Gua sha encourages lymphatic flow and circulation, leaving the skin brighter, smoother and visibly refreshed. Warm towels complete the treatment, sealing in moisture and deepening relaxation.
